With all my clients what I love most is the work of transformation– shifting from routine/blocked to new levels of success. This work may require a change in strategy and revamping of sales, understanding new trends or policies, assessing competitive threat, reconsidering human resources, re-thinking the company’s mission, etc. I work on a contract of 6-12 months, enough time to deliver the benefits and the transformation my clients need.

I love startup work: the energy of creating new paradigms and revenue models, the excitment of new ideas and markets. I am thrilled by international opportunities— finding & understanding new markets, dealing with intercultural issues, bringing sultable partners together for what benefits them and others. My clients have been in the Pharma/Health Care space, and while I am working on new projects in the same field, I am adding clients in other fields too, clients who are intent on improving the world one product and one service at a time.
