About

The purpose of my work is translating ideas into action and supporting businesses’ growth and developement. My tools are a mixture of creative and analytical skills, research and business expertise, ability to bring in the right partners and close the deal for my clients.
All businesses have a unique spirit and gifts for the world. In my work I focus on creating the optimal framework for my clients to develop these gifts, and on finding the right path for the dissemination of these gifts.
I have received my Masters degree in International Relations in 1997, and my Ph.D. in 2002 from Boston University. My Ph.D. thesis on Policy and Identity in the European Union post the Maastricht Treaty, won the award of the best thesis that year.
In 2000, I was invited by my entrepreneurship professor, Lyn Christiansen, to work at Boston University’s Health Care Policy Institute to advise in the creation of an incubation program for high growth start-up in medical devices, biotechnology and IT. In the following years, I have worked almost exclusively with clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare space helping them to develop feasibility plans, market intelligence and advising them to respond strategically to the challenges posed by the competition and Managed Care in the US.
Subsequent positions as director of sales for NPI, a pharmaceutical company and strategy director for Fuld & Company, a Cambridge based consulting firm, exposed me to different aspects of growing businesses in the US as well as internationally. I have assisted clients with developing feasibility plans & competitive benchmarking, with launching new products and engineering profitable partnerships.
